My purpose is to help managers bring beneficial change by supporting their learning so they can be better managers, improving both business performance and their own personal fulfilment. I do insist on using practical, pragmatic and personalised solutions that will work in the work place.

Finally, let me give you my own philosophy. It is a KISS (keep it sweet and simple) one:

"Keep facing the sun, then the shadows fall behind you"

(But this can get deeper, as being a committed Christian; I spell sun as Son).
