Before the above, in 1991-1992, I assembled a wide range of Training Reference Manuals, Workbooks, Assignments, Tutor Guides and Assessor Guides. These were mainly used to support the Institute of Logistics qualifications at Supervisor/ Manager Levels, (NVQ 3 and 4 equivalents).

The topics included Transport, Warehousing, Management, Recruitment and Selection, Work Relationships, Information, Time, Change, People Development, Logistics/Supply Chain, Financial Skills, Loss Control, Health and Safety, Problem Solving, and Productivity.
All this material was then updated and revised in 1995. Later in 2000 and 2003, it was all again revised to cover e-mail learning applications.
